Our sessions are based on basic psychological principles to get the results you are looking for, but this is not therapy. We focus on present and future, not past. I offer one-on-one sessions to build strategies you can practice daily to reach your goals. We develop a plan together and I am available to help keep you accountable. Sessions can be completed in the office, in the home or online.

As the culture in society changes, so should HR trainings. I provide cultural diversity trainings, learning differences awareness trainings and an overview to sensitive matters that can be resolved with effective communication. This training allows the workplace to create a safe environment for all staff to be respectful in their communication.

I also demonstrates the idea of strengths and needs with the ultimate story of turning her need into a strength. My knowledge of psychological principles and applying them to real life scenarios in education, workforce and relationships will add another dimension to any training or convention.

Most companies are not equip with the right language in the workplace to have the tough conversations. I can come in as a consultant and lay the ground work to create a place as author, Brene Brown describes in "Dare to Lead", "a place you can rumble." We will review guidelines for giving feedback and open up discussions for creative ideas and problem solving. It is a great way to work on team building and identifying areas of strength and needs in the workplace.
Building a group of support in a creative environment is another opportunity to practice mindfulness. Have you been invited to our private Facebook group? You will find weekly reminders of positive mindset practices, great inspiring articles and meet others on similar journeys. We also offer Reset Relaxation (RR) Sessions that increase self awareness through art experiences, meditation and social events. Art is healing and is a great way to help with team building and relationship healing. Goal setting workshops are another great way to come together with other people.
